Fort Riley - Conservation

Open Areas
The Army's mission and your safety are the top priorities on Fort Riley.  Certain portions of the post can be periodically closed for training or management purposes.  Designated areas of the installation are also closed to specific types of activities.  It is the responsibility of each recreationist to check the current Open Areas.  View the file below or call the Open Areas Hotline (785-239-6669) 24 hours a day to obtain the current open areas. The Open Areas coincide with the latest version of the Fort Riley Outdoor Recreation and Regulation Map. The maps can be picked up at any of the information stations located across the installation, the Environmental Office or on the maps page on the website.
If the Open Areas Document is not current please click the Compatibility View Button on your Internet browser.  The button is generally located next to the refresh button.  If the document isn't current after this, please call the Open Areas hotline phone number at 785-239-6669.
