ATTENTION DEER HUNTERS: There will be an Extended Antlerless Only Season on Fort Riley from January 1-11, 2026. Any hunter with a valid Fort Riley Deer Hunting Permit and other required Fort Riley and State of Kansas permits and licenses may hunt during this season using any legal method of take during this season. ATTENTION ELK HUNTERS: Unit 2A Any-Elk and Antlerless-only Elk permits are valid for the season segment printed on the permit including the Extended Firearms Season (Jan 1-31, 2026). For more information on elk hunting CLICK HERE.
ATTENTION TRAPPERS: The Fort Riley Trapping Permits will be allotted through a first-come, first-served by stopping at the Environmental Office Building, on 407 Pershing Court or calling 785-239-8579.
